i bet you’ve seen your expensive display in your room

you collect money so you can have it

when your saving’s are full, you bought it

you were so excited to touch it

because it is now yours

you put it on your desk

the next day you saw it, you were still excited 

because all the sweat and tears are now worth it

day by day pass

the display started to lose it colors

now you never touch it

nor care about it

nor even glance at it

now, every time you look at it

it looks boring

you started to feel all the money you spent wasn’t worth it

so you leave it

alone

until it is all gray

until it is all grow into a dust
